1. Generate support bundle
2.extract the support bundle file.
3.Go to apuat-dat > report
4. open Index.html file read the vrops pre-upgrade assessment report before proceeding with the vrops upgrade.

How to connect CGW,L2C from HCX manager
Login to HCX manager using putty.
login to using root credentials.
Type CCLI
Type list
you will get list of appliance installed in your infra like, CGW and L2C with numbers like 0 and 1, 2.
Select 0 for CGW.
Type SSH to connect CGW from HCX manager.
